Located next to the river in the center, this hotel offers a great location for exploring the city. The restaurant serves delicious food with quick service, perfect for those who don't want to wait. The rooms are well-maintained, with comfortable beds and clean fabrics. The bathroom is spacious and clean, providing a pleasant experience. Breakfast is top-notch, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also offers great facilities, including a bar area for smokers and a friendly door man.

One negative aspect is that the heating/ventilation system in the rooms doesn't work properly, causing discomfort and bad smells.

The hotel is located in a central area, next to the river, which provides a beautiful view from the rooms. It is situated in a good neighborhood with a small park nearby and cafes within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as a safe, walk-in closet, and a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and separate bath tub. The breakfast offered is varied and satisfying.

The customer service could be improved, as some guests have mentioned issues with noise disturbances and the staff not effectively addressing the problem.

Staff helpful, friendly. Great deal for deluxe room. Lovely cake for birthday. Empty spa area. Convenient street behind with stores, restaurants. Excellent doorman. Large, clean room. Great bathroom. Fantastic Dnieper view.

Living like royalty is an understatement when talking about this hotel. the baroque, style room was spacious; the high bed was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. the bathroom, equally stunning, had twin washbasins and a large bathtub with golden taps. the Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch to begin the day in a luxury atmosphere. the indoor pool was comforting, and the spa lounge was relaxing enough to reenergize the body.

While the hotel's premium services exceeded expectations, I wished the room had a scenic view of the river to complement everything else. Other than that, there were no major issues, except one minor inconvenience: the lobby was small in comparison to other areas of the hotel, making it difficult to maneuver through busy moments.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and always friendly, never saying no to any of our requests. The hotel is luxuriously and tastefully designed, with a great location in a good neighborhood. The view from our room on the higher floors was amazing. The hotel facilities, including the spa area, were great and always empty for us to enjoy.

I stayed at Fairmont and had a perfect stay. The rooms were perfect, and the staff was amazing. I loved the contemporary look of the Vogue cafe/restaurant. The hotel has good soundproofing, but if you want a quieter room, choose one at the back. I highly recommend this hotel.

Best aspects were the comfortable bed and the excellent breakfast options. The bed was so cozy and perfect for a romantic escape. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious choices that catered to all tastes. the hotel's location was convenient, with access to key attractions and restaurants.
